Since its establishment in 1988, Fluorine Korea has been pioneering the market by expanding its scope from the development to production of fluoride chemicals used in semiconductors (electronics), automotive industries and electrical insulation. Our Ulsan plant has inherited Solvay Group's 60-year know-how to produce F2 and SF6, the core of the semiconductor material industry, and has been recording safe and sound since its establishment in 2006. Due to the rapid growth of the front market, demand for semiconductor special gas is also increasing, so we are practicing customer satisfaction management through rapid investment and response, and we are also making all-out efforts to manage quality and safety through quality management system and safety management systems. In particular, F2 gas has a ZERO effect on ozone, and it is taking the lead in solving environmental problems by taking the lead in responding to greenhouse gas problems caused by the use of SF6 gas. We would like to change our mission name from Solvay Korea to Fluorine Korea in 2021 and start anew. Through constant innovation in the semiconductor and chemical materials industry, we will become a social enterprise that pursues national interests through independence of the material industry, social interests through solving environmental problems, and agonizes and acts on value creation.
